A planning application to replace an existing bungalow with 2 new link-detached dwellings on the Shoreham Beach peninsula has now been approved. The new contemporary dwellings, which are located on Harbour Way, take their design cue from the existing row of properties opposite and feature black vertical cladding and buff brickwork with modern detailing. Deacon + Richardson worked closely with Adur District Council in response to concerns raised by neighbours, to amend the designs, mitigate impact on amenity and achieve a positive determination.
