Deacon + Richardson have submitted a planning application to replace the St Peter’s Medical Centre in Brighton. We were appointed to develop a new, larger building on the existing city centre site, facilitating the merger of St Peter’s and North Laine practices, and with enough space to serve a growing patient list and provide an onsite pharmacy. The scheme has been designed to be constructed in two phases, allowing the existing surgery to continue to serve the community, whilst the rear of the site is developed. Upon completion of the first phase the centre will relocate and operate from the completed phase one building, before construction starts on the second phase fronting Oxford Street.
