We are pleased to have submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the old motel site on the outskirts of Peacehaven. The brief was to redevelop the site with a mixture of market housing and supported living flats. The submitted scheme seeks approval for 22 flats and 10 houses of varying sizes and was designed to suit the local context and sloping site. Each of the houses benefits from a south or west facing private garden, whilst every flat has a sea view and access to a private and/or large communal garden. Each flat has been designed to be at least Building Regulations M4 Part 2 compliant, providing accessible modern accommodation. The materials have been carefully selected for their suitability to a marine environment, whilst maintaining a contemporary and attractive appearance.
