We have recently submitted a planning application for a three-dwelling scheme on an existing residential site in Brighton. The new dwellings are designed to stitch in with the existing urban grain, forming a radial arrangement. The houses will be finished in a light palette of contemporary materials, and built using timber frame construction with air source heat pumps and solar panels. The units will provide high quality housing stock to support the city’s need for sustainable residential development.
