Rear extension planning approved!

We have just received approval for a contemporary rear extension in Brighton on a long and challenging-shaped garden plot.

The proposal removes an old lean-to extension and creates a new fully glazed garden room with a bi-folding window seat, addressing the exterior space.

Internal alterations will transform the existing basement kitchen/diner into a light and open family space with utility, kitchen and living areas.

The material palette comprises buff brick, timber and zinc.
