We have submitted a planning application for a new extension and renovation scheme in Brighton this week.

The project comprises an overhaul of the existing bungalow and new landscaping to the steep rear garden.

Re-shaping the existing roof, and adding metal-clad dormers will allow for additional bedrooms on a new first floor.

At ground floor level, the property will be extended to the rear to open up the living spaces.

The project draws on the traditional material palette and building form of the area but will be finessed with contemporary detailing.
