Our clients purchased a small chalet bungalow in Rottingdean with the aim of developing the building into the family home. We were appointed to develop a scheme suitable for modern living, with an open plan ground floor layout. The new first and second floor were designed to make the most of the stunning views south towards the sea. Works began on site late last year and are hopefully due for completion in the autumn.
